One of the best dining experiences in Nashville. A softly lit minimalist interior, with friendly, attentive wait staff. There is a lot of flavor everywhere. The octopus and Shri P was excellently executed, the octopus was so tender. The lamb tartare was very good. And the tempura mushrooms were good. The wine list is well curated, diverse and large. There is also a full bar.

The food and drinks were amazing. Beautiful presentation! Our waitress gave us the best service, the manager even came around to bring dessert and make sure we were having a good time. We booked a reservation online to ensure we had a table.

Etch is the perfect place for a mid-week power lunch. I sat at the bar but they have plenty of tables and even have private rooms for groups/work events. The food was extremely good too - started with the tempura mushrooms, cooked perfectly. They come with an addictingly good ponzu sake sauce. Then followed with the spanish beef tenderloin. Perfect medium rare and come with manchego mashed potato on the side - delicious and a generous portion for the price.

I visited Tennessee a couple weeks ago and was blown away by this place. I came across it by mistake but wow. The service was incredible, the whole staff was so attentive to my shrimp allergy. And the dishes were each a little surprise of flavor. I wish I remembered the name of my server he was incredible as well. And hands down the best cocktail I had in a while. It was citrusy and so fresh.

What a great restaurant! We went on the recommendation of a friend who is a frequent flyer there when they visit Nashville, enjoying the interactive counter. As a larger group, we secured a table to relax and converse. The restaurant is spacious, but feels cozy with delineated spaces, warm lighting and art. Food and hospitality were delicious, unrushed, and personal. We especially enjoyed the cocktails, brussel sprout appetizer, chefs special creation - swordfish in Thai curry with lentil - and the perfectly prepared mignon. Save room for dessert and coffees. The goat cheese cake was delicious, not too sweet. The lavender honey ice cream a treat. Free valet service an amazing touch. We will be back!

Phenomenal experience from start to finish! The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. It's a great spot for date night or group dinners. I'll have to return for those buttery scallops! The best I've had, you'd be missing out to pass on them. If you love an appetizer with a delicious sauce, get the cauliflower because it comes with two! Not pictured: blue cheese stuffed olive dirty martinis.

Loved etch!! From the moment we got there, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Cocktails were wonderful, roasted cauliflower appetizer was the perfect way to start. She ordered the scallops, which were amazing, and I opted for the lamb meatballs, equally delicious. All were well prepared, plated, and served with great attention to detail. We were truly stuffed, not planning on dessert, but once we checked out the ice cream sundae, well... Our reservation time was kind of funky, so we sat in the bar, which was a nice experience. The bartender was also our server, and he was most congenial. We don't get to Nashville all that often, but next time we do, we will absolutely return here. And if we have time on this trip, we will make a return visit. Highly recommended!

My wife and I visited Etch during our trip to Nashville based on a friend's recommendation. It was a great experience. We were greeted and sat by a very charming hostess. We sat at the counter so we could look into the kitchen and it was an excellent experience. It was a beehive of activity. Our server was super attentive and fun. You will not be disappointed with the food and drink. I had an excellent old fashioned and my wife had a gin based cocktail with citrus that was also excellent. The food was very tasty. The Brussels sprouts were a great way to start. We both had the mahi mahi fish special. It was prepared well and was very flavorful. The sauce was fabulous and complemented the fish well. Make reservations as it gets BUSY!

When I say that this is the best meal I have had this year, I don't say that lightly. THIS place is hands down the best meal I've had and it is for 2 reasons. First, I've had a lot of seared scallops in my day and these are by far the buttery gods that top them all. Period. End of sentence. Not sure what they did but this is the one. Second, the special menu pork schnitzel with parsnip purée is A GEM. I think it was a daily special but I pray to GOD that they make it part of the normal menu because I would choose this as my death row meal. Cocktails were solid, chef's table experience was excellent, bread was lovely. Etch has truly left a mark on me and I hope they continue their crusade of superb dining!

Brooke our server was amazing and so attentive to our every need, which is so rare in this day and time. She was a absolute joy; her recommendations were right on point. Our cauliflower appetizer was the best I have ever eaten! We split the fillet and it came out on two plates without a surcharge!! Amazing right? Our drinks were perfect; a cosmopolitan and lemon drop martini! The atmosphere was dim and sexy which I adore! Thank you for a wonderful evening; we can't wait to come back.
